Power Lines and a Nearby White Oak Tree Pose Serious Dangers for New Orleans Property
This New Orleans homeowner’s mature white oak tree was a relatively healthy plant. However, its branches grew too close to nearby power lines. If the branches touched the electrified lines or if an overhanging branch broke and fell onto them, it could create serious problems, such as a power outage or electrical fire.
Tree Trimming Ensures Safety and Plant Health
To maintain the safety of their property and the surrounding environment, the homeowner turned to Benton Tree Service for annual tree trimming. Every fall, the professional arborists at Benton Tree Service spend a couple of hours trimming this massive white oak tree. The team uses a spider lift and saws to cut away overgrown and encroaching branches after assessing the plant’s health.
By completing this task in the fall, after the tree has lost its leaves, the team can clearly see which branches to cut. It also reduces the risk of severe winter storms causing weak branches to break and fall.
Annual Canopy Shaping Brings Peace of Mind to Local Homeowner
Thanks to the reliability and professionalism of Benton Tree Service’s team, this homeowner no longer has to worry about their white oak tree’s overgrown branches falling onto nearby electric lines.
